Custom Room-Listing Website Development

I want to launch a full-featured room-listing platform that feels as intuitive and clean as Spare Rooms but stands out on search engines from day one. The core build should include fast, mobile-first pages, a powerful search with location, price, and amenities filters, a user review and rating flow, and a secure booking-and-payment module that can be tied into Stripe or PayPal.

Listings will cover shared rooms, private rooms, and entire places, so the data model has to store occupancy type, availability calendar, photos, and house rules for each post. I’ll supply branding assets and basic wireframes; you’ll turn them into a responsive UI, connect them to a CMS or custom admin panel for easy property management, and set up on-page SEO so new listings surface quickly on Google.

Deliverables
• Fully responsive front-end (React, Vue, or similar) integrated with a back-end of your choice.
• Advanced filterable search, real-time availability, and map view.
• User accounts with verification, profile dashboards, reviews, and ratings.
• End-to-end booking flow: price breakdown, checkout, payment gateway, confirmation emails.
• Admin portal for listing approval, payout tracking, and content management.
• Initial SEO setup (meta tags, clean URLs, structured data) to help keep the site near the top of relevant results.
• Deployment to my hosting environment and a concise hand-off guide.

Acceptance criteria will be a demo on a staging server showing a property posted, found through filters, booked, and paid for successfully, followed by passing Google Lighthouse audits for performance and SEO best practices.
