Full-Stack Developer — AI-Native CRM (TypeScript / NestJS / React)

We're building on a modern TypeScript-based SaaS CRM designed for SMB clients. The codebase is a well-structured monorepo using pnpm, NestJS API, React with Tailwind, and PostgreSQL via Drizzle ORM. It is documented and ready for a strong contributor to help accelerate feature development and improve compliance automation. The scope includes refining the lead-to-client pipeline, adding custom fields, managing provider workspaces, and exposing new REST and webhook endpoints. Telephony features involve integrating SMS and voice calls through Telnyx, with call recordings, dialer UI, and dispositions accessible within the CRM. AI features will include LLM-driven suggestions for email replies, task prioritization, and knowledge-base search, all with auditability. Compliance automation will cover audit trails, role-based data redaction, and automated document retention in line with SOC 2 / GDPR. Workflow automation involves creating rule-based triggers, webhook listeners, and background job handlers; experience with n8n is a plus. Marketing and billing tasks include developing lead capture funnels, provider onboarding flows, and payment integrations. All new endpoints must pass existing tests, UI updates should adhere to the Tailwind design system and accessibility standards, deployment to staging should be automatic, and compliance modules must generate signed, timestamped logs for audit purposes. Pull requests should be clean and focused with detailed commit history.
