Development of Rapp Stock Music Trading App

Build/complete "Rapp Stock" — a stock-market-style app for trading artists, powered by real music data

I have a clear vision and existing work to build on. I want a developer to make this app work as well as possible.

THE CONCEPT:
A stock-market-style app where users trade artists instead of companies. Artist "prices" move based on real streaming and chart data (from APIs like Soundcharts, Spotify, Billboard). Users build portfolios, buy/sell, and compete on leaderboards.

WHAT I ALREADY HAVE:
- A full frontend UI (built in React)
- A working, tested pricing engine (the calculation logic)
- A detailed written spec / handoff document
- An existing partial backend (Laravel) that can be used or replaced — your call as the expert

WHAT I NEED:
- A backend that pulls real data from music APIs on a schedule and feeds my pricing engine
- User accounts, portfolios, trading, and leaderboards
- An admin panel so I can adjust the pricing settings myself without needing a developer
- Reliable, maintainable, and built so I can manage it long-term
