Battery Pack KPI Dashboard

I need an end-to-end dashboard that lets our battery-pack line see, at a glance, how production is tracking in real time. The screen should present target vs. actual output, SPR and FPY figures, detailed rejection information, live machine status, hourly throughput, WIP by station, and our other quality KPIs—all updating automatically.

I’d like this to run in the browser yet feel just as natural on phones and tablets, so please build a responsive (or PWA) React front end. The data layer can stay simple: a Flask API that talks to our existing MySQL tables and performs the required aggregations.

Key deliverables
• MySQL schema tweaks or migration scripts to capture every metric above
• Flask endpoints that crunch the numbers and expose clean JSON
• A React interface with intuitive charts, drill-downs, and role-based views
• Basic auth/permissions, plus deployment and hand-off documentation

There’s no rigid deadline; accuracy, reliability, and a maintainable codebase matter more than speed. As long as the dashboard loads in under three seconds on factory Wi-Fi and refreshes the KPIs every minute without a manual reload—and the SPR, FPY, and rejection calculations match the formulas I’ll provide—we’re good.
