AI Automated Lead Generation & Outreach System
Project Description
We're a B2B services company looking to build an automated lead generation and cold email outreach system. We need someone who can architect and deploy the full pipeline, not just connect a few nodes.
What we need built:
Automated lead scraping from multiple sources (Google Maps, Apollo, LinkedIn, or similar)
Data enrichment and email verification layer
Personalized cold email sequences with AI-generated copy (OpenAI or Claude API)
Sending infrastructure setup (domain warming, mailbox rotation, deliverability best practices)
CRM or database integration (Supabase, Airtable, or Google Sheets as interim)
Monitoring dashboard or alerts for reply rates, bounces, and campaign health
Important details:
Target market is healthcare services (clinics, staffing agencies, medical practices) in the US and Australia
We need this to run reliably in production, not a demo
Must handle at least 500 net new leads per week across campaigns
Prefer n8n but open to Make.com or custom Python if the approach is sound
