Custom Clover POS Application Development

We are looking for an experienced Clover app developer to build a custom POS application for our business located in **Mexico**. The app must be fully compatible with Clover hardware available in Mexico and cover the following:

**Product Management**
Register products with barcode (UPC/EAN), photo, name, and category.

**Inventory**
Stock counter per product that automatically decrements with each sale.

**Customer-Facing Screen**
Scan a product barcode or search manually by name/category. Display photo, name, price, and availability.

**Delivery / Restocking Role**
A separate user role that can only add stock to existing products — no access to sales, reports, or settings.

- Built with the Clover Android SDK and/or Clover REST API
- Must work on Clover hardware available in Mexico (MX merchant account)
- Source code delivered via private GitHub repository
- 30-day bug-fix support after delivery

**Ideal candidate** has prior experience publishing apps on the Clover platform. Please include your timeline, cost estimate, and any relevant Clover projects in your proposal.

Clover account & developer access:
I do not have a Clover developer account yet. I would expect the selected developer to guide me through the setup and app approval process for Mexico as part of the project scope.

Hardware:
We will be using Clover Mini 3rd generation.

Multiple devices & branches:
Yes, the app must support multiple devices within the same store, and also multiple branches, each with its own independent inventory and live sales statistics per branch.

Offline mode:
Yes, offline mode is required. The app must allow sales to be processed without internet and sync once connectivity is restored.
Inventory:
Custom app database, not Clover's native inventory system.

Customer-facing screen:
There is only one screen and it is the customer-facing display. The cashier and customer share the same Clover Mini screen.

App Market vs. private install:
Private install is fine.

Restocking role:
The delivery/restocking agent must be able to log a restocking session — registering which products were delivered and in what quantities. Once the session is confirmed, those quantities are added to the store's inventory. Additionally, store admins must be able to make manual inventory adjustments easily at any time.

Analytics:
Basic analytics are required: total sales per branch within custom date ranges, and simple product insights such as best-selling products. Nothing complex. Show More
