Convert App to Multi-Tenant SaaS

The current financial due-diligence application already runs smoothly on Base44 and React; now it needs the infrastructure and polish of a true multi-tenant SaaS. All customer data must be isolated by tenant, with a clean hierarchy of departments and the teams that sit beneath them. Users will sign in exclusively through OAuth providers such as Google or Facebook—no legacy email/password flow—so the auth layer has to reflect that choice from day one.

Stripe will power billing. Only monthly plans are required, but they must accommodate free trials, seamless upgrades or downgrades, prorated charges, and automated invoicing. Usage metrics should flow back into Stripe so subscription status is always reliable and up-to-date.

An internal admin dashboard rounds out the scope: I need to view tenants, drill into departments and teams, impersonate users for support, and see real-time subscription and usage data. Basic support tools—password resets for OAuth-linked fallback accounts, manual plan overrides, and exportable audit logs—should be baked in.

You’ll start with the full existing codebase, seeded demo data, and a live walkthrough of the current features. From there, I’ll need a clear technical plan, timeline, and fixed quote before development kicks off.
