I need an experienced trading bot developer to build a production-ready, state-machine-driven bot that monitors Telegram signal groups, filters and forwards valid signals, executes market orders on Bybit, and manages the full trade lifecycle — all with Telegram notifications at every step.

A detailed functional specification document will be provided. You are expected to read it fully and build exactly to spec. No improvisation. Bybit must be the single source of truth at all times — the bot must never rely on internal memory to assume position state.

What the bot must handle

Telegram signal detection, filtering, validation, and forwarding
Bybit market order execution with full pre-order validation
State machine with 18 defined events (SIGNAL_RECEIVED → TRADE_SUMMARY_GENERATED)
3 leverage types: Swing (fixed 6x), Dynamic (7.5x–22x), Missing SL (fixed 10x)
TP and SL management with predefined movement rules
Trailing stop logic (activates at final TP or 6.1% movement, updates every 0.5%)
Hedge logic (activates at −1.7%, trailing stop 1.2% behind price)
Emergency stop (activates at −2%)
Re-entry logic (up to 2 re-entries, full trade lifecycle each)
5 signal blocking/update rules (old trade, low entry diff, large entry diff, better TP, opposite direction)
Standardised Telegram message bank — one template per event type, dynamic variables
Immediate error notifications — zero silent failures
Final trade summary from verified Bybit data

Non-negotiables

State machine architecture — no spaghetti logic
Every state transition verified through Bybit API before acceptance
No trade opens if validation fails at any step
Secrets and strategy parameters handled via environment variables or vault — never hardcoded
Testnet dry-run required before delivery
Pyramid system is excluded from this scope (Step 1 only)
