Project Description

I need a specialist who can create a brand-new Google Play Developer account under my details and walk it all the way through to live publication. All the required personal, payment, and contact information is ready on my side, so there is no paperwork delay—what I lack is time and expertise.

The work does not stop at account creation. Once the developer console is active, I also want the first app submitted, its store listing fully optimized (text, screenshots, feature image, tags, keywords), and the dashboard configured for smooth, ongoing account management.
