The system needs to handle lead imports, automated email sequences, reply detection, lead status tracking, follow-ups, CRM updates, and handoff of interested prospects to a salesperson.
The goal is a system where leads are consistently contacted and followed up with automatically while interested prospects are surfaced immediately.
You should be experienced with tools such as Instantly, Smartlead, n8n/Make, APIs, email infrastructure, CRM automation, and email deliverability.
I am not looking for someone who needs extensive direction. I will provide the required workflow and desired outcome, and I need someone capable of designing and implementing the system efficiently.
